Love Shred415. I started going during their free outdoor workouts in the summer and now actively go weekly to their workouts. This gym is amazing as everyone truly works on themselves and the gym is judgements-free. The trainers continue to push you while keeping any limitations/injuries you have in mind. Whether you have been on a fitness journey for awhile or mkay started working our, I highly recommend checking out Shred.
Shred 415 is a great place to workout. The instructors are top notch and always motivate me to push harder than I think I can. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful HIIT workout at this brand new facility. It even has fully stocked showers, towels provided, and a separate makeup station. Great place to get a sweat on before work or going out on the town. Everyone was super friendly and the instructor was so encouraging!
