I was recently working out on the treadmill when an employee asked me to change my mask because it was perforated for easier breathing while working out. When I refused they stated that it was corporate policy. When I asked to see the policy... they refused and said that it was according to the state order. The state order does not specify anything about the masks unless it covers your mouth and nose, which mine did. There are no additional rules about masks posted anywhere in the club. When I said that I would change it if they brought me one, he said I could come to the front desk to get it or I could leave... so I left. Employees have no right to create and enforce their own policies arbitrarily.
Awesome. Very Clean. Helpful, friendly staff. THE best Planet Fitness I’ve been to. Kudos to management.
This location is amazing. All new equipment, staff is super friendly, usually not overly busy. My only complaints would be that I wish they had more stairmasters because even on slow days sometimes they’re all full, and I wish the employee would have explained more about the total body enhancement machine when I told him it was my first time. I had no idea what the buttons were or if I needed goggles or anything. Still give 5 stars though because usually they’re great. I prefer to go here over $60/month gyms

Not too crowded and I feel very comfortable there. I’ve never had a bad experience there feel like it’s my own personal gym.
