I had dinner from Spark Provisions and it was one of the best meals I've eaten in a long time. Everything about the experience was great. The food tasted wonderful, the ordering and pick up was convenient and there was no mess to clean up. The people who own and run the business are so nice. We are going to get a subscription because the portion was so big that it lasted over the course of several meals. I highly recommend it.
We're so happy that Spark Provisions is in our town, providing delicious meals for take out. The bbq pork shoulder was phenomenal, as were the mashed potatoes with parsnips and the corn with peppers. They say their meals will feed two people, but honestly, the portions were large enough that it will feed more. We got approximately 5 servings from a meal designed for two, but I also realize that different people have different appetites. Their menu rotates, but even a picky eater like myself can always find something to take home to enjoy.
WOO HOO! I love the fact that I don't have to think of something to cook, go to the store to buy the ingredients and then have to actually cook it! LOL! Our favs are their spicy dishes-Thai chicken/shrimp, their chicken/shrimp gumbo and anything with andouille! Tonight, I will add the salmon dinner to one of my favs! Thank you Seth & Justine for being there for us!
