No real desire to provide a projected delivery date, and after the third date I was told it would be delivered, we are being pushed back again, and this time I’m told something different, that now it will be up to 4 weeks now. I’m just trying to figure out why I have been told this multiple times instead of just being honest and told a realistic delivery date, since my property is only 39 miles away, and the building is completely finished so literally it just needs delivered. I’m unsure who would be fine being placed in limbo after a serious purchase and just hoping something is maybe delivered in a month or two, after being told this process would have been completed multiple times by now, by multiple people.nThe response I received over 16 days after I had finalized and ordered a shed that is already completed, and finished on the lot, with no work needed, just delivery.n“I’m sorry for the confusion. The delivery guy does not have a clear answer for me at this time. Our office is in Delta, Co. He comes from there to do delivery Thursday or Friday and Tuesday or Wednesday most weeks. Because your order for the new shed was not finalized before he came up this week he could not do it on your original delivery date. I will let you know as soon as I know more. If there is anything I can help you with please let me know.”nIt’s not confusion, but being told inaccurate details multiple times by multiple people, if any confusion is present it’s directly due to incorrect information being relayed to me, after I had already made plans to work around your information, so that things would be as easy as possible for all parties.nI’m not really sure how the normal person in a similar situation could manage being told things in certainty and then not having them come to light, as well as a customer making things easier by just needing an existing building on your lot just delivered with no other work needed to be done, as well as no effort made by the company’s side to recognize the issues and provide some form of acknowledgment and assistance.nExtremely disappointing is about the nicest way I can express my sentiment.

Excellent customer service! I tried to purchase a shed an hour away from a different vendor and couldn't get any response. When I called the corporate number to find another location they gave me this location in Buena Vista. Wanda responded to my phone calls and emails very quickly and was very professional. She showed me around the different sheds and was very helpful with various options to fit my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a shed!

They never answere there phone I need to make a payment I can’t do that if no one is there to answere phone to answere my questions
