I’m so impressed with John G’s customer service and all the hard work he puts in really shows and is so appreciated. You can tell he has a high level of care for the customers and the dealership. He deserves 10 stars, we got lucky to have come across such a great man who is so reliable and easy to work with it’s just a blessing. Truly appreciate all his help and his above and beyond service. We bought a new F-150 Lariat at Castle Rock Ford on February 11 and it was one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I have ever had. Our salesman John Garrard was great to work with and in my mind went above and beyond. The financial paperwork and price negotiations weren’t a headache like they can be at other places. I’d recommend the dealership to anyone.

I worked with Josh Laping and couldn't be happier. He showed me several options and listened to what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable of the features offered and helped me pick the perfect vehicle. After having a minivan for 18 years it was wonderful to get a fancy car for me. The color is gorgeous and I love the heated steering wheel, remote start, ambient lighting, heated seats front and back and all the safety features. If you are looking for a vehicle- Josh will help you get the perfect one.

I had a fantastic experience at Castle Rock Ford. I brought my F150 in to get an oil change and to have new tires and wheels mounted and balanced. Sarah and Allison that work the front desk are excellent to deal with. They explain the process, expectations, and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. My truck has new oil and the new wheels and tires look and drive great. No complaints.
