This was the best sales experience we’ve had, Juan our salesman was amazing and so helpful to accommodate our needs and Seth also stepped in to help with questions and was so helpful. Chad the New car manager was so friendly and accommodating with no hard negotiations. It made our purchase very enjoyable. I can’t say enough about the great overall experience and we love our truck!

Great car-buying experience. Very laid-back, pressure-free environment. Chris (our salesperson) was very cordial and accommodating. Chad (sales manager) worked hard to get us the best possible terms, and Chelsea (finance) found us a better rate the day after I drove my new Silverado home. No other dealership would take my car as a trade in because if how much I owed on it still. But this place right here did everything they could to not only take my car but also cut me a sweet deal with a brand new 2021 car!!! Had a dealer by the name of Billy and that man right there knows how to do his job and always looks out for the customers first!!! Overall great experience and I would recommend this place 100%!!!

Routine lube, oil, filter replacement. Staff was polite and courteous, but I was told I was, “an hour late” upon arrival. This was the second occasion where I scheduled, or rescheduled a service appointment, only to arrive and find there was no record of my appointment date/time. Aside from scheduling issues on the part of the service coordinator, staff were knowledgeable, polite, prompt and efficient. I have been utilizing this dealership for several years with generally positive results.nnIn regards to sales staff, I had great experiences with Scott from the Chevrolet side of the dealership. He was honest and forthcoming, fair, polite, personable and followed up several times to ensure I had a good buying experience. I would highly recommend Scott for any Chevy/GMC sales needs.

We purchased a brand new Chevy High Country from this dealership 10/2020. We were low balled by our trade in - as usual with any dealership. The part that was the most frustrating is the wait we had on finance, VERY pushy to make us wait for 6 hours without leaving even after we told them multiple times we had to go as we had obligations to tend to. They didn't tell us payment or interest rate until we went into the finance office to sign documents, just because we said we could work with a payment range. Everything was very hidden. Then when we went in to sign docs, the paperwork was a mess, the messed up the documents on multiple items. Now where it got really fun to deal with them was when our truck was in a severe car accident and deemed a total loss. About 2 months of owning the truck we cancelled the warranty and are STILL waiting for them to pay the amount owed. On top of this, they have been extremely difficult to get any communication from. Even from the manager. The extra package to use the Chevy app we purchased with the truck was never activated and I never did get a response from the sales girl who we bought our truck from, who to be quite honest was a snot from the start. At any rate, you pick your battle. They don't have the best sales price, they definitely DO NOT have good interest rates and while some of the staff are super friendly and awesome - they all are not. They could of had our business again - this none-sense of zero help or communication when we need it made us go elsewhere and we will NEVER shop here again. Typical dealership, actually worse because after the fact of your purchase they won't help you, once they have your sale you do not exist. Even after many red flags we still bought our truck here.....So good luck!
