Overall I would recommend this place. Started off a little rocky online and over the phone but once I went to the dealership and met with Eric he was awesome and understanding. I shared my story with him and was empathetic. When I went to go test drive the vehicle he shared my story with the owner Ali. When I returned Ali came out I'm personally apologized to me for what I have experienced. He made sure to make it right. George the GM was awesome with the financing and got me what I needed! Extremely helpful all 3 of them! If you go in ask for them!

My wife and I came in looking at some used and new Mazda's. We were met by Sara Sacks. Unfortunately they didn't have a vehicle that quite fit our price point and list of features we wanted. This didn't stop Sara from making our time at the dealership nothing short of spectacular. She was attentive, fun, upbeat, and caring. We told her what we were looking for and she made it her mission to try to accomplish that. She was never pushy, never judging, and made us feel very comfortable. Her knowledge of the vehicles was also spectacular. I would highly suggest looking for Sara if your in the market for Mazda. Groove if your reading this, you have an absolute winner on your hands.

Rebeka was great to work with. Not only was the car ready at 9AM on Saturday we were out of there by 10:30! I felt comfortable knowing how to operate the functions on my new car. Bob in finance explained the terms and made sure we understood our options at the end of the lease. I highly recommend this team! True professionals! Thank you and I LOVE my new Mazda 6 Carbon!

This was my first car buying experience. I went to 3 other places around town. I knew once meeting Sara, this was place I need to come to. She was very down to earth and real. I felt as if she was trying to help me out rather than make a sale. I greatly appreciate her service. Owners of this establishment should be grateful for having a representative like her working these sales. Thank you so much Sara!!!

This was the first time buying a car on my own. Jeff Tate was exceptionally helpful, kind, and informative throughout the whole process. He was very quick in helping me find the exact car I was looking for while getting me the best deal possible. I had a bad experience at a different dealership and Jeff made my experience at Groove Mazda so easy and changed my perspective on what car shopping is like in the best way. I cannot say enough kind things about my experience with Jeff and everyone at this dealership. No pressure and no hassle, I was in and out with exactly what I wanted with the bonus of a stress free checkout. If you are looking for a new car, I highly recommend working with Jeff.
