Recently bought a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Had a great experience as a first time buyer with Karina and Dimitri. Never felt pressured, and was in total control of the buying process the whole time. They did a great job of walking me through everything and making sure I understood it all before proceeding which was very appreciated. The most recent visit was for a screw that was lodged into my tire. The tech that help me on a Saturday morning (I think his name is Alex) was very personable. Very nice. He diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately I had to replace the tire. He informed me of the fact they didn't have my tires in stock but also told me the expected time of shipment. Which I very much appreciated. As soon as the tire was available he called to let me know. Thank you Alex.

From the moment I started the process Mason was so awesome. We had an issue at the beginning with the car I was originally looking at but Mason quickly found me a different car. When I asked about certain repairs that needed to be made he said he would keep me in the loop and get it done. And he did! My finance rep Patrick was so awesome, nice and very understanding! He explained everything so well and is so easy to talk with and communicate with. He explained all the options for the coverage very well! The entire process was stress free and no one was pushy like they are at new car dealerships!!

Purchased 2018 Wrangler from Keith and Jacob here in Jan 2021, they were both great, on the research side beforehand and on the day of purchase.. Usual process, decent negotiation and we both came away with a decent deal. Financing process was also OK, as always, go in prepared. Very good response to getting some minor warranty issues fixed on the car, it was a good experience.

I made an appointment prior to showing at the dealership. Sales associate (Gus) was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to listen to our needs and find matching vehicles to view and test drive quickly. There was no hard selling and it was more of a consultation to help us find what we wanted. We ultimately found the vehicle and the payment structure (lease) that worked for us. LOVE this Jeep Grand Cherokee! I would go back to them for future vehicle needs.
