I'm hoping my experience was unique as TSG has some really good reviews, but my experience didn't reflect that. I drove and hour and a half to see a vehicle listed online. I contacted a sales person through email and text and headed out. When I arrived, I was greeted by a pleasant sales person, but though they could find the name of the staff member I talked to, they couldn't locate the individual. The first sales person went to get the car and we waited a good 10 minutes for it to arrive. What showed up was an overpriced vehicle, dirty, running poorly, and after a short test run had 5 vehicle messages from hood open, low tires, to more concerning maintenance and safety messages. The headlight on one side looked like an aquarium full of water and the passenger door panel was loose, rattling. A keen eye could see the right front fender bolts were removed at some point maybe explaining the door problems. My conclusion was if a dealer is actively listing a car then it should be serviced, road worthy and all problems resolved. Did I stumble on a bad apple? Or was it like dropping in unannounced to your daycare provider and seeing what really goes on? Bottom line is this has been listed on TSG for a long time, had a premium price, and was presented to me, a potential buyer, as a car ready to purchase and take home. I'm not saying all cars from TSG are like this, but the fact that this happened to me puts up a red flag and blackballing the place for good. Same day I found and purchased another phenomenal condition vehicle for much less, that was perfectly maintained and presented. Hopefully TSG will check out its QC and weed out the bad vehicles and staff instead of pushing a rolling mess like this.

Jonathan helped me by a car today. This was by the car best car buying experience I've had. After going other places with salesmen that felt sleazy, I felt good buying from a dealership that felt honesty and that they were truly taking car of me. It was a huge bonus to find out that they put new ask season tires and breaks on their cars. Jonathan worked with be to make sure I felt good about the deal. I would highly recommend buying from TSG Auto!

Great buying experience! Very quick and easy, they don’t pressure you like some other places do. Test drove, signed paperwork, and we were out of there. Very friendly staff and very transparent. They really do seem to put a lot of work into making a used car presentable and fixed up to the highest capacity they can. Some places just seem shady, so this was a VERY welcoming experience. Highly recommend!

I own my own company and I probably buy 2 to 5 cars a year this car lot by far was the easiest to deal with. It was a extremely smooth process! I have sat at car dealerships damn near the entire day to finance a car. This place took maybe a hour and I was on the road. Doug was really great to work with! I highly recommend this place.
