Bought a truck here in spring 2021. Had a minor issue on the rig and Stan provided better customer care than they had to or than I expected. Five stars for these guys and would definitely buy from them again.

Worked with Stan on buying a new truck and had a great experience. They welcome you to spend as much time as you like inspecting the vehicle and encourage you to take it to a mechanic for a more in-depth inspection. They do a good job with their initial acquisition of vehicles at auction so their inventory consists of primarily good, driveable vehicles without major red flags. The carfax are posted on their website so you can research the vehicle before making the trip to see it in person. Their inventory turns over fairly rapidly so if you are not finding what’s right for you, it may be worth waiting until new inventory comes in. It’s true that they will not negotiate much on price, as they advertise, but if you do your research you will find that the vehicles are not marked up too far beyond KBB values; especially if you do a comparison to other dealerships. That being said, if you find any issues with the vehicle that have to do with vital components, it is likely that they will include the repair with the sale or find you a similar vehicle without issues. They want to sell you a good working car. If you are analytical and willing to take the time to do your research, you will end up with a great used vehicle. Stan put zero pressure on me to look at anything I didn’t want to purchase or found to have problems. Ultimately, if you leave this place with a problematic vehicle it is your own fault because they provide you every opportunity to seek out issues and resolve them before purchase. They inspect the vehicles quite thoroughly themselves but they are used vehicles so you should be doing your own research as well, and they encourage you to do so. Also lost my title for my trade in vehicle but they honored the value of the trade in with the sale, upon the agreement that I would apply for a duplicate title and mail it to them, so that was really cool too. I don’t write reviews but I found Denver Auto great to work with.

Be careful of this place. I’m buying a Ram 1500 with 130,000 miles on it and I only had it 3 months. So far I have had to replace thermostat and ignition switch module costing over a $1,000. Also had to take it to advance 4 wheel drive on Arapaho and 470, to get the computer upgraded because I kept getting a check engine light coming on for a false reading on my 4 wheel drive, that’s another $150. Did talk to my salesman who kept reassuring me that he would take care of it, but when it came down to actually getting things done the owner said that I’m stuck with it, so it’s my problem. All this that I mentioned was before their 3 months or 3,000 miles BS warranty that is nothing but a joke for you to feel like they give a damn. Good luck in your search for a vehicle but think twice before purchasing from this place!!!
