I stopped at the Starbucks in Lone Tree on Park Meadows Drive and ordered a coffee and a ham and cheese croissant from in the store. The coffee was ready quickly. As I stood waiting for my sandwich the young man who helped me ended his shift and was leaving. As he passed me he asked if I was still waiting for my sandwich. I replied that I was. He stopped, walked back to the counter to check on its status. As it turned out it was just coming out of the microwave. That is fantastic customer service that I didn't expect. I thanked him and will remember his service when I'm near that store and looking to buy coffee.

I work at the mall and I am here nearly every day. Typically speedy service. Kevin is the best! He knows my order by heart and typically is starting it when I walk in: it’s that extra customer service that is so special. On the other hand the older lady (longer brown hair, maybe 45-50) who sometimes works morning is rude and bossy. I personally watched her hold my coffee and spill it out - then put on a new lid and called it good even though I was missing a good quarter of my cup. I called her out on it and she said she would charge me again to remake it because she was too busy. She’s lazy and needs to go! To the rest of the crew you are gems and doing a great job!

Very nice folks working here! It was a great day for us to sit on the patio and enjoy some cold brew, and for our pooch to have a treat as well!

You know how the Starbucks app helps you find the closest store, but falls down in IDing you in the correct place when ordering online? Most places will just make your drink for you if you show the reciept and this is no exception. Plus, they were very nice about it - unlike a few other Denver locations. Drink made exactly as ordered, food heated exactly right. Just what I needed.
