Panera Bread

The staff here are fantastic. They are always so friendly and warm--they just make my day. The food is always very quality and delicious, and the iced tea is consistently brewed to perfection. They also have a great atmosphere for eating in—comfortable and not loud. Highly recommend this location.

The Manager Curtis is great! His whole team is friendly, professional, and efficient. Every time I come to this locations my order is perfect and timely. I recommend this spot to anyone in the area. Keep up the amazing work!

My fave place near my home to grab quick salad! Usually do the curb side pick up, its always fast and convenient. Want to give a shutout to Morgan for helping me with my order. Her smile and service brighten up my day and in times like these we need nicer people with a smiles in the world! Again thank you !

I went into this place. I asked a young lady if they were serving lunch as well as breakfast? She respectfully responded by saying yes. you can get both. I walked up to the counter and I asked a lady I guess she was a manager if I can have a paper copy of the menu . I noticed her attitude towards me wasn’t very friendly she said you can go online . I said panerabread.com correct ! she said yes . I said OK thank you . I walked away and sat down. I ordered a croissant and a sandwich the croissant was put in a bag . I wasn’t asked if I wanted it there or to go . I asked for it to be warmed up. The croissant came out burnt. It appear to me The manager herself put the croissant in the oven . I asked for it to be redone the manager told me that that’s the way it comes out . I said OK well let me take a picture of it. At that point the manager snatched the plate from the counter through the plate in the trash along with the knife in the trash. The plate was plastic. The manager appeared to be extremely angry towards me and I said you aggressively grab that plate threw it in the trash and now you’re posturing and I feel intimidated . She said I was rude to her from the moment I walked in the door I was not rude to her I walked up to the counter to look at the menu . I waited about a minute I was calm and friendly I asked if I can see a paper ? she told me no I had to go online . I was not rude to her I notice she was pouring cream for another person’s coffee I asked for the same cream . I’m not sure why she thought I was rude but I wasn’t . To aggressively grab a plate and throw it in the trash after I told her I would take a picture. It’s out of line and unprofessional. I did speak with the assistant general manager although he did take care of my concern . His response was she’s a new manager I’ve never had a problem with her and no one‘s ever complained . He was nice empathetic and caring to some degree. Holding her accountable and apologizing without saying she’s never had a problem and no one‘s ever complained in my opinion would’ve been the correct response . I just wanted to let others know what I went through at this Panera bread absolutely unnecessary from the manager. Her behavior needs to be addressed and corrected regardless if she’s never had a problem or a complaint.

I got their unlimited coffee subscription and I love it! I get free pastries often. Everyone is really nice and even when they're busy they always get my drinks ready and on the shelf for me within 10 mins.
