I got in line and waited for a bit to order, as more cars pulled in behind me. When it came time to order I asked if they took cash, but had forgotten they don’t. I apologized for wasting the young mans time, but I was stuck in line either way, my fault. The young man, Mason, didn’t hesitate and took care of me on his own dime, despite not being asked to. He was cheerful and pointed out the beautiful sunrise and was just a true joy. This one is not very close to my house, but I will go out of my way to go there now because of masons kindness. I’m this season of giving, Mason gave me more than just a cup of coffee, he restored my faith in humanity when the world is so polarized. I will definitely pay it forward. Thanks, Mason!

I love how organized this place is! even when there's really long lines you still quickly get through and the staff is amazing. always very friendly very helpful very warm and inviting and they all know what they're talking about. they know the menu they know the prices and they're patient

I have never been so impressed by both my coffee and the wonderful service I received while waiting for my order. A VERY energetic and enthusiastic young woman helped me and left a lasting positive impression of the Dutch Bros brand and I plan to go back before I fly back home as I'm only visiting Colorado for a few days. This was the East Arapahoe Rd in location. Highly recommend ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

The staff is friendly playful and engaging. This is the first time since they opened that the line was short. I had a cup a year ago and was impressed. Now the latte tastes metallic, and I'm not impressed at all. I won't be back to exchange due to the usual lines and wait time.

Best franchised coffee. Staff is on point and seems to enjoy working there. Diverse flavor. Fairly fast service. Dutch Bros > Starbucks. Not a sit down type of coffee shop. But one of the best grab and go shops. Also dogs love pup cups
