Like this location. Smaller with employees that practice positive personal service
Decided to order for in-store pickup after seeing an incredibly long drive thru line. Went to pick up our order and the lobby was locked. Not sure why they would let us order for pickup if the lobby was closed. Then had to sit in the long drive through line to get our drinks we already paid for. Drove away just to find they didn’t make them correctly. Not well managed here
Cup was overflowing and leaking, got all over myself and my car. The proposed solution was to offer me an additional cup. Clearly not much common sense going on in Starbucks, otherwise the cup wouldn't have been over filled to begin with.nnI'd give ZERO stars if it were an option. Also, if I was given a receipt I'd be giving a very negative survey. But I guess that's why Starbucks doesn't offer receipts. That way they can avoid all the terrible surveys they'd get. So this is what I'm left with. Too bad it won't amount to anything.
They were out of the peppermint, and also got stuck behind 1 car for 15 minutes for 2 drinks.
It's big corp, Starbucks. Over priced and not very good. Much better options in CR, with much better coffee.
