This is hands down one of the most fantastic coffee shops in all of Colorado. The owner Jason, who also happens to be the mayor of Castle Rock, is greeting everyone who comes through the door with a down to earth friendliness. Their coffee is outstanding, whether getting drip or espresso pours, your taste buds are met with a consistent roast, that is not over roasted. They also made their specialty drinks with their own unique flair and a nice use of less sugary mixes. They also host live music, serve delicious food, and drinks, who could ask for more.
Found this adorable coffee shop while driving around Castle Rock. We asked them to surprise us with delicious drinks and they did not fail. Coffee was flavorful and I would recommend this shop to anyone.
We needed a place for coffee and breakfast before we gor back on the road and found this quaint coffee shop. We we're very pleased by both the drinks and the breakfast sandwiches! Thank you for welcoming us and treating us as nothing other than locals. It was a very friendly and welcoming environment for these Wyomingites!
