Great paint and stains I use there products every day
Decline in service, knowledge, expertise and reliability. I'm done with CPP. New ownership spells trouble, owner has not learned to mix paint correctly. She mixed the wrong paint. Twice. Customer next in line had the same issue - paint was mixed wrong. Went back the following day, handwritten sign in window said open at 10:30. Owner pokes her head out at 10:30 to the three individuals waiting in the parking lot and says she needs more time. Thanks...I'll just go ahead and take my business elsewhere.
