I love Yoga Olas! They have classes for everyone from beginner to experienced and all kinds of different styles. The community is intentional and welcoming. It's a really wonderful place to grow and learn in your practice! I would recommend Yoga Olas to anyone interested in yoga.

I love being able to enjoy yoga any day of the week, multiple times during the day and choose from a wide variety of styles. The Yoga Olas community is welcoming, great instructors/classes and educational workshops. A wonderful venue to learn and enhance your practice.

It took some time for Salida to have a studio like this. There are plenty of classes and enough students/teachers to provide community. The studio is cozy, beautiful, and tucked away from downtown noises. Truly a gem and a gift to this town.
