I have loved this place since day one. Always such a relaxing and cheerful atmosphere. A year after my husband and I moved here I found and joined the gym. It was perfect for adding extra weight to my workouts kettlebells dumbbells barbell and great cardio machines. My massage with Toni was amazing she really knows her stuff! The staff is always so friendly. I am very happy I found Integrate! I recommend everyone there. Thank you!

I have not written any Google reviews but felt obligated to describe my experience. I opted for the spa membership simply because a $55 membership fee for gym services seemed unreasonable. The area is less than a size of a bedroom and there is only free weights and a row machine. The facility was in flux with ongoing construction and there were materials around with a very uninviting atmosphere. Upon entering the facility for my first scheduled massage, I was left to wait for the massage therapist and front desk person to finish up a conversation and a meal without being acknowledged. My first massage was also disappointing as there were no oils available for the add on and the massage itself was very disappointing. However, I tipped the therapist over 25% and thought perhaps she was in training and was hopeful for my next massage which never came because the $75 fee does not roll over. I think the most upsetting and disappointing part of the experience was asking to end my membership early due to scheduling conflicts and scheduling a last massage. The facility has been a work in progress and the owner herself spoke of renovations and buliding permits would indicate these conditions as well. When I inquired about cancelling my membership outside of the 30 day notice due to the closure of the facility for construction preventing services, I was told there would be no concessions for the 30 day notice This is very understandable as I did sign a contract. I think the most frustrating part was being told the gym was never closed. I have no motivation to lie nor am I trying to cheat the business (I tip/tipped very well having worked in the service industry), and to have the owner tell me I was lying or making up the closures was extremely unprofessional. Ann Casey (owner) also said that if I were to post a review, she would correct my claims. I'm not used to being treated so poorly or unprofessionally and I would not recommend any service. I hope that in the future, Ms. Casey can cultivate mindful communication and understand that my motivations were to end a service I simply was not using and had already paid $150 for despite no delivery of services. I hope that other customers can find a home with Integrate but I feel that the Ms. Casey's treatment of customers is very poor or at least myself.

Eucalyptus sauna was amazing and a very enjoyable experience before getting our deep tissue massage. We had a 90-minute massage that was one of the best I've had. Staff are friendly and very good. Only feedback would be for a little more direction on what to do when it's your first time visiting, but overall we left feeling well cared for and rejuvenated-Perfect feeling after a week of snowboarding in Monarch!

Such a wonderful massage!! If you pass through Salida, you have no choice but to stop!! Everyone was also incredibly friendly.

I became a spa member 3 months ago and I love the personal service! Brian is always so positive, smiling and makes me feel welcomed! My massages with Marie are fantastic and spot on. I really appreciate how she connects on a personal and professional level. She is very passionate about her work and her clients! Thanks Integrate :)
