The absolute worse costumer service of any company around. They talk down to ppl like they are dumb or something. Common sense says they manipulate every situation to the point that they seem like they are in the right

I have used there service for 4 years on County Road 26. They are curtious and fix any line issues in a timely manner. I have always paid my bill on time so these low ratings from others, sounds like its coming from people that do not pay there bills and want special treatment. I highly recommend them.

Debit card changed and bill didn't get paid. Not even 10 days later electricity turned off. 10 days late? Big reconnect fee too. Why did I pay a deposit of a few hundred bucks? My monthly service fees are avg $10 more than my usage charge. Sure wish they charged the non yearly residents higher rates so I dont have to subsidize them. Oh they charge 4times more per kw hr than they get it for. Lady at front desk is very sweet. Though. Hey at least I have electricity
