The most amazing yoga instructor, class, environment. From the first time I tried this I knew that I would become a committed yoga student. I was a little nervous at first since I am a bodybuilder and I’m not too flexible but my flexibility has improved immensely. I love going to class every week not just because of the cool things we do but because Kayla is such a wonderful instructor and beautiful person inside and out! Her presence and voice is so calming. She directs so well and is really positive and encouraging. Also the location is great. You definitely feel one with nature. Thank you so much Kayla!
Kayla is an amazing instructor! She always makes me feel so comfortable and secure in moving at my own pace, yet challenges me to reach my highest potential in each session we have together. She does a wonderful job at helping you make the connection between mind and body, while allowing you to explore your inner thoughts and needs internally. Her classes have helped me achieve greater health (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually), and have always left me counting the days until the next session. If you’re looking better well-being, or even just a new hobby, Whole Spirit Yoga and Trapeze with Kayla is the way to go!
Kayla is one of the most wonderful yogi teachers I have EVER had! I started trapeze lessons last summer and it was amazing. I will continue to keep taking trapeze classes with Kayla because of her warm energy and wealth of knowledge. 10/10 recommend to anyone!!
