After a somewhat rocky start, and a very good sales person (Jasmine), a past manager (Ron) and the owner (Matt), everyone jumped on getting things right. The deal was made, no pressure, and Mark in finance had all the paperwork ready. Deal done in less than two hours and I have a great new truck. Thanks to a very customer orientated business.
Not everybody here is awful, but there are a few who are shifty and not upfront about things. Their customer service is interesting and they treat their employees worse than anything from what I witnessed one day
