My visit was very satisfactory, interacting with friendly staff and getting items on good sales. My visit started when I walked into the store and an employee who said her name was Kenzie welcomed me, disinfected the door handle, and pointed me in the right direction. I then shopped for awhile, found a few items on sale and then checked out. There was a small line so an employee named Josh opened up a register and helped me with a coupon, displaying excellent customer service through it all. I was very pleased with the employee's professionalism and would definitely advise it to a friend.
Very rude tone when assisting customers. Ruined my whole shopping experience
Love the look and feel of the store! My only problem is with the customer service. The cashier who helped us (Jasmine) was rude and extremely slow. First she didn’t want to take our return because the tag was missing (we did have the receipt with us). Then when we tried to purchase something she tried to say we couldn’t use the coupon (she didn’t think they could accept Retailmenot Polo factory coupons). Luckily we the manger stepped in and told her it was a valid coupon!
Attentive sales people and good selection
