Excellent customer service. When I returned home I discovered 2 items were missing from my bag! The associate I spoke with was very professional & asked me to return so we could work things out. Thank you, ladies!
I ordered, 3 pairs of boys shorts, online on Friday at The Orchard. I drove to The Orchard on Saturday to pick up my order. I got home and discovered one of the three pair had a hard tag ( white chunky piece) still on. On Sunday I drove to the Denver Premium outlets location to ask if they could take that hard tag off. Two employees both asked for my license and my receipt. I had the shorts in the same bag with the online order number and my name printed on the bag. I showed my license but had trouble pulling up my online receipt. I couldn't get wi-fi.I felt as if I was being treated as a thief. I was not apologized to for the mistake. It was their mistake but I was the victim and was interrogated.
I love shopping here for myself n grandkids
