Worst service ever, the girl with glasses behind the counter who calls herself the boss was really disrespectful all because an extra pizza she had to make. & I asked to her some bread sticks & she was really rude. Never coming back in here. I hate when employees really act like they own they own the place & even if real owners don’t act this way. Y’all should fire this chick.
I got myself a hot and ready for 5 bucks and some change. Always a good place for a fast munch. And the great part is its hot and ready. I give the pizza from today a 10 out of 10 stars today. Great service fast and friendly. Good job girls
Horrible customer service
I would like to have my complaint escalated . Today 10/20/19 my grandpa went to go pick up pizza at the t220 Euclid Ave, San Diego, CA 92102 location and experienced the absolute worst customer service. He got there and a woman who took his order had the worst attitude. She started with letting my grandpa know his total was $25.75 and when my grandpa accidentally handed $25 she yelled at him and told him he was short .75 cents ! He took out a $5 bill and handed it to her since he did not have change and she took it and gave him back .25 cents and walked away! My grandpa then told her he had handed her a $5 bill she began to argue with him and told him he was lying ! Can you believe the audacity? My grandpa reassured her it was a $5 bill and she took out $4 from the register and threw the money at him saying “I’m not going to cry for $4”. I am absolutely angry with the customer service and ask for something to be done or to have my complaint escalated as soon as possible. We have been loyal customers for years and have ordered tons of boxes of pizza for even birthday party’s and now can’t explain the dissatisfaction I feel for this company.
