I live just outside the delivery range but have been getting pizza from them for a few years now. Great food, great staff.
I get pizza for me and my family at least once a week from Pizza Hut in La Mesa and its always fresh and good tasting. The hand tossed crust is not too soft and the ingredients and sauce are the right amount. The wings are good too! My weekly go to, for sure. The service is excellent and the staff is very conscientious. Great job!
Never Actually delivers the pizza to me. This is the second time I’ve had trouble with the delivery service. The driver can’t seem to read the instructions on how to get in to my apartment building. Then lies about delivering it and steals my pizza. I was on the phone for an hour after waiting two hours for my pizza even though the store is two minutes from my apartment. My apartment is well lit and the call box and entrance are easily identifiable. The driver just doesn’t read the instructions. And the staff At the store doesn’t understand how the website works nor do they care about any type of customer service. I will go out of my way not to return to this store and to prevent others from being cheated by the poor service that seems to be the standard of business at this location.
Online said they were closed (just after 8pm) so I called and talked to someone about placing an order. They took my address to update as I had moved (hadnt lived there in 8 years) and put me on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up called back and gave phone number again and got hung up on. Not how you do business
Avoid this pizza hut. Completely disorganized. Ordered 2 pizzas, was told to wait outside and they will bring my pizza out. They never did. I finally went inside and the pizza was sitting there. Will never return.
