Called to talk to the owner about drugs being used by employees. On and off the job. The fact that certain employees are very aggressive and would not want them at my house. My business has five stars. And I am a member of the Better Business Bureau. I called it to address these concerns directly with the owner. He told me he didn't care. Told me he didn't care what people did off his clock. My problem with what was being done on the clock. As well as off the clock. If my employee is doing bad with the income I am supplying him with and making himself look bad and then coming to my work and my company that I own that makes me look bad. Obviously like the owner said he doesn't care. Some of the employees don't even have driver's license.
