I love Pizza Hut, I always order at work, never have any problems but this location is close to my house messed up my order 3 times in row. They said can’t do any thing it happened due to computer glitch, or the delivery guy have lot of order to deliver. The pizza came with very little toppings on it. We were very disappointed, especially because we paid over $37 dollars.nI wish they update system or change employees that can take order properly and make it, as customers wants. Or May be it’s corporate location no one cares
The main reason I chose Pizza Hut was to try your Detroit style pizza. I guess you do not train your cooks properly because there was no sauce on the pizza. The unique feature of this pizza and it is missing. I tried calling the store I ordered it from. I was asked to be placed on a brief hold. Thirty minutes later and still no one picked up the phone to take my complaint. Your pizza is low quality for a high price, I doubt I will be shopping at Pizza Hut in the future.
Very disappointed with my order, but more disappointed with how the restaurant staff handled my complaint. I ordered online, but was called by the store shortly afterwards to let me know that they were out of beyond sausage. Not a problem. They told me that I can add two additional vegetables as a substitute. When my pizza arrived, it only had the two vegetables that were supposed to be substituted. I called the store and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. She said a manager would get back to me, but they never called me back. This is so disappointing.
Deliver correctly cooked pasta and properly prepared pizza. The crust flavor was missing and the sausage was not real sausage. Not good at all.
I like that is easy to order and pick up. I especially like the curbside option. and the pizza is always delicious.
