Been going to Jackson and Hewitt over 5 years now and salina been doing my tax , she is very kind , professional, helpful and very outstanding, she has more than 10 year's experience, i will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family

I have been coming to Jackson hewitt for sometime now, and I always have good experiences with them. I had a new person do my taxes this time and she was amazing. Her name is Salina Jack, and she works at the one in lemon grove ,ca . She was working alone and was double booked and managed to take care of everyone. She did a great job and I think that Jackson hewitt corporate should give more support to there star staff because she did a amazing job, and her attitude was great as well. She needs more money and more support. Good people can get burned out and just because she is Manager doesn't mean she doesn't need help sometimes. Don't be like all these other companies that work people to death, and when they can't perform the same you replace them. Treat your employees better then just workers. I will never go to any else after the service I recieved. I truly appreciate her for all her help, and I hope she gets more money for being a super star. These are my thoughts nor hers to be clear. I respect her work empathic and time management skills. I give her more then 5 stars. I give her 10.
