This is my third time doing my taxes here and Nichelle is so awesome to work with! I absolutely hate doing taxes ugh, I'm sure you can all relate. Via their website you can securely upload your documents needed and she handles the rest! Even double checking via email and keeping me updated. I'm so grateful for them!

This place is tried and true. I have been going here for years. She always gets me the max return. They are affordable and professional. I use them for both my personal and business income taxes. I recommend to anyone needing their taxes done.

I did my taxes with Nicole for 2018. I was contacted by the IRS to let me know they taxes were handled not professionally. They asked me to pay 141k because the person didn’t do it right. Even though I have provided all the information. I emailed Nicole back and she was unprofessional and couldn’t admit her mistakes and said if you want me to fix it the fee is $200. She charge expensive in the first place $150. I did it last year for $100 and the guy was super professional and nice to talk to. Stay away from this place. Charge lots of money, poor quality, no experience, they think they do great but can’t admit the mistakes. I will report this to IRS as well to make sure this office get a citation.

Stop looking around for where to get your taxes done cause this is the place!!!nnThe highlight of filing my taxes here is the superstar Nichelle. This girl has been doing this for a long time and you will notice that in her work.nnNichelle knows every nook and cranny of getting you a good tax refund. What I appreciate the most is that not only is she knowledgeable, but she is a great teacher. She prepares you for your next tax return, which is great for someone who doesn’t know much about it.nnI highly recommend Nichelle for your tax return. She made getting an appointment very easy and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Nichelle!

Absolutely stay away from this place.nA friend told us we should go here and do our tax return.nShe only let us use 2 of 3 kids on our return plus we got shorted 5.220 on our refund. Do your own taxes. If you go through these guys you will regret it big time. I warned you.
