Empire Bowl Inc

It's fun to come here and play once in a while with friends. Games are enjoyable and cosmic bowing is always a blast. Definitely worth visiting and trying it out at least once. First came here thinking I wouldn't enjoy it, but did.

The place was pretty busy when I went, it is definitely better to make a reservation in the morning or you'll end up with whatever alley is left. However, there is a snack bar, and the food was pretty good. The customer service at the snack bar was nice as well.

Well lit, great staff, friendly atmosphere. My developmentally disabled residents are always welcome and treated with kindness and dignity. We always have fun and it's a very safe place to enjoy a few games. We try to go every month.

I'll never go back. Went in with my wife and kids and their friends for an evening of fun, but was greatly disappointed. Lane we had kept going down, freezing. Told the staff and they fixed it. This went on for an hour and a half. We couldn't play one full game. I finally had enough and went to ask for a refund, I was told that they don't do refunds. I reminded the staff member at the counter that we've been patiently dealing with issues for an hour and a half. She wouldn't budge, I was furious. After raising my voice, she pawned it off and gave me a free game, not including shoe rental. I was already into that night $75 and they gave me $5 to go away. Only reason why I left was because my wife asked me to let it go.

My residents and staff had a great time.nThe staff at Empire Bowl were friendly and so helpful. We plan to return. The facility is modern and very clean. We enjoyed the music too.
