I am very thankful to have had Melania help me with my income taxes this year. She explained everything in detail so that I could easily understand the process. I appreciate the time she dedicated in helping me and all at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend her for all of the services she provides to my family and friends. I was referred to MS Business Services from a friend of mine after I got my contractors license. I needed to make some changes and Melania helping me to change my business entity from a sole proprietor to a S Corporation, she made the process very easy and simple. She took care of all the paper work and all for a good price. Since I had very bad experiences with accountant in the past, I decided to hire MS Business Services for all my bookkeeping and Accounting as well. Melania takes care of all my business financials since 2018. I wont go no where else .nI appreciate her Professionalism , honesty and care for my business .

Melania (MS Business Services) is the place to go if you are in the construction business, she knows the industry well, and will answer all of your questions in regards to starting and maintaining a business, bookkeeping, accounting, audits with insurances, invoices, estimates, payroll etc. She helped me to register my business as a S Corp with the state. MS Business Services takes care of my accounting and Income tax for my painting business. Melania is professional, detailed, honest and trustworthy, all for a good value. She takes her profession to a personal level and cares about every single one of her clients. I always refer MS Business services to my friends because I know they are in good hands.

Ms Business Services (Melania) did my Corporation Income Tax after having a bad experience with another accountant who was charging way to much for changing my corporation entity from C to S Corp. I am a small business owner (Diaz Painting) and this was my first year filing as a Corp. Melania explained every single step in detail and informed me the advantages of reclassifying my corporation. Also, she knows the construction industry well so she understands and helps you with the best possible credits and deductions for your business. I am glad I found her and appreciate the quality work and professionalism .

Melania @ Ms Business Services helped me with my corporation formation and all the necessary paperwork to update the entity changes to the contractors license board. She answered all my questions in regards to corporation income tax, deadlines, etc. She also helps us when we need to obtain city licenses for any of our projects.
