Didn't have my taxes done there this time. I have been going to HR Block for years, but not anymore. This year they wanted to charge me $200.00 for a short form with nothing to claim except for a small income. In my opinion they have become very greedy like most corporations and I will not be giving them any more of my ud83dudcb0 I took my business elsewhere and paid a fair price for it! And that 1 star I had to give them was too high a rating.

Patty Davis took one look at my tax concern, contacted the home base H+R + did what had to be done without taking a dime or a lunch for it. She needs to get a raise or promotion or both for treating a total stranger with such excellent customer service + brilliant understanding.
