We just completed a refinance and Stiles Law was assigned by our mortgage company to complete the closing. They were responsive to any questions I had and on the day of the closing they had installed a process that was easy and safe for my wife and I. There were a few COVID-safe options for the closings, but we chose to have them come to our house and do it on our deck. They were right on time, wore a mask, social distanced and answered all our questions. Overall we had a really good experience.

Thanks to the amazing team at Stiles Law, we recently closed on our first new home purchase! Ours was not your usual closing because it took 8 months to close due to several delays on the seller’s side. Our team was lead by Attorney Laura Adams and Gina Rizzo. Laura and Gina were very easy to work with and so helpful as we navigated the roller coaster ride we embarked upon 8 months ago! Their patience and understanding was so appreciated. They truly were a pleasure to work with the past 8 months. We couldn’t have made it to the finish line without them! Last, but certainly not least, was that their fees are quite reasonable. We have worked with Stiles Law when both buying and selling our our first home. As nervous as it can be to buy your first home, everyone at Stiles Law made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire buying process. When we decided to sell, it was no question we would use Stiles Law again. They made the selling process a breeze. Can’t recommend them enough!
