Fairly small and limited viewing but for some reason, the sight of these aquatic mammals lazily lounging on their fairly small beach area has always delighted our family and many others. There is a heavily trafficked pedestrian path adjacent to this lookout and a rusty 6 foot high fence prevents access to the beach, but you can view down on the sea lions -- most of whom seem as amused by the tourists as the tourists are of them.
Nice place to stop and watch the sea lions between lovers point and the aquarium.
