I accidentally clicked on the wrong date when scheduling and noticed it only after I got the email confirmation. Unfortunately, they don't let you change the reservation, even though mine is weeks out! I can understand not allowing last minute changes, but even weeks away? That's $70 I'll never get back.

Awesome spot! Would definitely recommend trying out a room. Unfortunately we didn't escape but my family had fun. The room layout was awesome and looked amazing.

Rather disappointing escape room experience. I came here with a couple of friends after reading all the fantastic reviews. The gentleman working at the front desk didn’t do a thorough job at going over the rules and provided no context on the specific scenario; instead, he assumed we’d been there before and was eager to get the spiel done and over with. Okay so no story and no guidance- not a great way to start a game. A few minutes into the game, we realized the timer was working so we had no clue how much time had elapsed. We did the sorcery/wizard scenario... not impressed at all. The puzzles were actually easy to solve but the hard part was actually figuring out the next step because there was no logical order to the puzzles. It felt more like a game for little kids... seriously, there should’ve been some disclaimer that alluded to the target audience. Anyways, the person managing the room eventually just started blurting our little clues here and there when she (not sure where the guy disappeared to) saw that we were struggling. No no no, she was supposed to wait for us to ask for a hint first.

Horrible experience! If I could rate this place a zero trust me I would. Equipment malfunctioned making it impossible to solve. My group requested help from the staff letting them know and they showed no concern and simply repeated the same hint over and over again, even after we informed them several times their equipment was not working properly. Not only did they show no concern their responses were not prompt and took several moments. In a game that is timed every second counts! At one point one of my team mates had to leave the room to find staff because they were not responding to us. From start to finish staff was unenthusiastic about their job and appeared as though they did not want to be there and even had an attitude as if we were bothering them just by walking into the doors for our scheduled appointment. Definitely not worth the money. I have participated in other escape rooms at other locations and experienced a far better experience. Great customer service goes a long way and this place definitely does not know what customer service is period! I will not be returning nor recommending this location to ANYONE EVER! Please save your money and go elsewhere.
