Offers both in gym and virtual training. Functional, strength, cardio. Pays attention to pandemic rules. I love this place.

The best I can say is that they have equipment that (mostly) works. Pre-pandemic, it was often crowded and loud. Frequent Crossfit-like group classes would overtake the space with loud music and yelling from trainers and participants to the point where I couldn't even hear my headphones at full volume. There's no online system available to customers to manage your own account. Everything must go through location managers and the shady ABC Financial that has all your payment info. Since the pandemic, there's been poor communication and putting the onus entirely on members to keep extending membership holds (no option for indefinite hold) in order to not be charged. I finally cancelled my membership entirely to avoid losing any more money.nnUpdate 2/15/21: In his email replies, Jeff, the manager, failed to address my request for a refund of the February charge for a membership I haven't used in a year. I'm not interested in hearing more about whatever policies may or may not obligate him to do so.

This is one of the best run gyms in the area. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, not too crowded and lots of equipment. Caters to both weightlifters and cardio lovers. The group classes are available if you want them, but they are never pushy or trying to sell you on them. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I’m really sad to leave. Lots of space to keep 6ft distancing and all the members are very courteous of each other.

Tried to cancel membership in midst of Covid-19. Manager said they needed 30 days notice, but with the weeks that I was charged and couldn’t access the gym due to the shutdown I far exceeded the 30 days. He said I wouldn’t be charged again, but they continued to charge me and wouldn’t refund my money. They don’t see this as stealing, but that’s exactly what it is. Very shady and unprofessional. Especially during these times. I will never go back.nnI was contacted by an area manager shortly after posting this, and all of my issues were resolved in a very professional and polite manner. Thank you .

Have been using this gym while temporarily staying in the Madison area. By far the nicest, cleanest anytime I’ve seen. Great environment, great layout, and incredible equipment with tons of variety.
