Absolutely incredibly poor service! They assured me they had a top and would mail it to me on September 23. I repeatedly emailed and called. Be assured you will not be able to speak to an actual employee - they have an answering service. I never received a call back after requesting it over and over again. I requested NUMEROUS times to get a refund. On November 11th I got an email saying the order was canceled. I have not received a credit despite sending emails and calling repeatedly. They owe me $185. It has been a complete and total hassle.

I placed an order for 2 items July 22. Charged immediately. One item shipped 3 weeks later. It is now Nov 16 and The other item has never shipped. I Have left 4 messages and no one will call me back. Do not order from this online store. Terrible service.

Adares has the worst customer service I encountered online, and I had several bad experiences. They are unpleasant, do not respond promptly, if at all; you can’t speak to a person, just a machine. They have numerous “policies” on their site, “returns are only processed Fridays” , must be neatly folded and wrapped in tissue paper” - there were more instructions than getting a colonoscopy! I placed an order on May 26 and I didn’t get the correct item until August. And Kathleen is just downright rude. That is if you can reach her. Only reason I shopped there more than once was to use up my credit for merchandise that she claimed she “special ordered” and therefore wouldn’t refund, according to her “policies”. She blames Sympli the manufacturer for not calling her back so she didn’t send my item for months without any communication . I buy all my Sympli items from Evelyn and Arthur who really appreciate the business, with a smile and a thanks. I see others have had this same terrible experience as I did.

My wife purchased a blouse on line from ADARE'S and our credit card was quickly charged. That was on August 3. The blouse never arrived. Numerous calls to ADARE'S and they always said someone will call you back. They NEVER called back and she never got the blouse. We finally made a credit card dispute yesterday on October 15th...DON'T trust them...

Adare’s Boutique has one of the largest selections of Sympli that I have found. I truly appreciate the level of communication I receive from advanced notice of discontinued items/colors to new colors and styles. I have only had an issue with orders twice (and I order often), and both times Kathleen resolved the issues to my satisfaction.
