Overall clean place to stretch your legs and refresh your lungs. Signs are clear that pet owners are to clean up behind their pets. Would be nice if this was enforced a bit. Other than that this trail is open throughout the year. One side of the trail leads straight to an icecream shop...not sure it helps (lol)....
Conducted the Marathon 26.2 Tough Ruck on it and glad I chose the route. If you start in Cranston, walk the entire paved path onto Trestle Trail, make the turn, 26.2 puts you at the big parking lot at beginning of the bridle trail...FYI
Absolutely beautiful and kid friendly, but do take precautions regarding the ticks.
Really wish they would finish thisnIt is possible to get to the CT state line on it but need the MTN bike.
