I would highly recommend Ben Selle, wardrobe consultant. After having double knee surgery, I bought two suits in May of 2020, and told Ben that it would be a while before I could rehab to my original shape, so I would wait to get them tailored. In October 2020 I returned, five months later, with the original coupons for tailoring, naturally they had expired. I was a little frustrated, and Ben was very professional, and called the corporate office to see if he could reactivate the coupons. After having no success with the corporate office, he checked with the store manager and made it possible! In addition to the original fitting which Ben was very helpful with, he followed through and made sure that the alteration process was taken care of as he said it would be! If you go to the Warwick RI store I would definitely recommend seeing him. Doug Steele.
This place has below average sales people who likes to hide in the closet behind the counter. They should fire the people that worked today. This is not a one time thing. I have been there more than o ce with my sons and hi view is if you are not spending 400 dollars they do not want to talk to you.nThis is bad
