I need expensive side oh, but I love the product
Wow this used to be a great company had a great product apparently over the last few years the company has had some changes no longer honors their guarantee as they used to so now the guarantees useless the quality of the clothes has gone down I bought a pair of shoes within one year of purchasing them the glue with the edge of the shoe is starting to peel off The store says that’s normal wear and tear when I called Duluth corporate number they told me I was more than welcome to send the boots in that I spent over $100 on and they would look at them however if they deemed the shoes should be out of warranty because of normal wear and tear which I really don’t believe this is they would keep the shoes and not give me a refund but the fact they would not ship me back the shoes wow save your money shop at l.l.bean I am so disappointed can’t even tell you used to love shopping at the store had no problem spending $100 on a pair of pants now never again
Recently my wonderful wife bought me a few pairs of Duluth Trading pants which I now believe are the best pants I've ever owned.nToday I had the opportunity to visit the store while they were having a 30% off sale. The experience was amazing. Everyone was super helpful and the store was very clean and organized.nSpeaking of helpful, I would especially like to thank Lisa for helping me as she went above and beyond to find a pair of pants for me.nThis Duluth Trading store has set the bar for how a shopping experience should be.
Large, Clean, Well organized. The loss of a star is for stock. The company is often out of popular sizes. Wait for a sale! They’re often and pretty decent.
A little expensive but they last. My son is very hard on his clothes and these pants have lasted over a year and still going strong. I will continue to buy them. Made very durable.
