We found all the birthday party needs. Price is little high.
I cannot believe the lack of professionalism at this place!! I ordered $48 worth of balloons and was charged $48 on my credit card. When I went to pick these up, they told me they didn’t have anything and they wouldn’t help me. I had the order confirmation and everything and he still told me there was nothing he could do because there was nothing on his end. I drove an hour from Massachusetts to get these balloons for my son’s 4th birthday . The “manager” refused to help me. He told me I have to place another order, even though I already paid And had confirmation that I paid! He Finally he agreed to blow them up If I forwarded the email confirmation but at that point the damage was already done and I was in tears. I have never had a worse experience at a store or experienced an associate that was so unwilling to help a customer. I will never go to any Party City again.
