The Copley Ohio location is outstanding. It's a clean facility with a very friendly staff. It has a wide assortment of machines and the music is great, played at the perfect volume. They also handled the Covid situation very well. I recently upgraded to the 'black card' membership and am enjoying even more of their amenities.
I really love this place except being without a car makes it really hard to get there. Equipment is top on.nTanning machine, and a massage chair gotta try it.nCircuit room looks greatnThey keep it sanitized all areas have whatever you may need to wash down the machines.nI personally can't wait to start moving my groove thing. Haha
The managers are exceptionally rude and seem to be on a power trip. I’ve been to many planet fitnesses due to traveling for work and have never had a problem until I visited the one in Copley. Would not recommend.
Very clean. Nice Equipment. Less cramped than some other PFs can be and the morning staff are on top of it. Really nice shower and locker facilities.
I really do love this location and the staff are always super friendly. However, I wish they would open up later on the weekends. With my work/school schedule 7 pm is super early to not feel rushed in a workout. Also- I don’t think they’re closely monitoring how many people are coming into the gym. When I got there yesterday after work, every piece of equipment was taken and you couldn’t move 2 feet without bumping into someone.
