Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Had my sons birthday party here. It was our first time going and def won't be our last. The kids and us adults had a blast watching the kids run around exploring all the things to do. The food is great as well. And the staff was very helpful and attentative

Super cool place. Pricing seems deceiving because my little one was too small to do many 0f the attractions we paid for. Then we came early to avoid crowds and not all areas have someone working in them. For most part it was fine but again you pay to be able to use all areas. Also, staff had cell phones put and air buds in so they seemed bothered when asked questions. Overall, it was a super fun place bt they could definitely improve the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. I did not see one adult working the entire time we were there.

Its great if your of height i honestly feel like I got ripped off bought my 6yr old the ultimate ticket he couldn't get on any of the attractions even though my husband could've gotten on with him the areas for the 5 and under weren't accessible to protect my 3yr old there were kids much older than him running and pushing lucky my husband got to him before he got seriously hurt like the other toddler that got dragged down the slide with a group of older kids that she didn't know. The attendees didn't seem to come out until the first group of people left I think there bands were yellow or orange I don't remember but,once they cleared we saw abundance of attendees grouped together at certain attractions that necessarily didn't need that type of attention. You practically had to do a flip in front of them to get a question answered. First and last time never again wouldn't recommend if you care about safe play

This is my family's place for fun! Kids, and adults can have fun! Great fun park!! Very clean, staff is great! People can have fun without feeling like they're in a hospital, after all , it is a fun park. Keep up the great work!!

My son and I had so much fun here! Everything was nice and clean. Mostly everyone had on mask. A 10/10. Nice employees, Definitely coming back.
