The fried chicken here is amazing. The breading is crunchy and full of flavor. The jojo's are huge which I'm usually not a fan of but they do such a good job of breading them and they are always so light and fluffy in the middle. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the pizza seems to always be soggy. Even when I ask for it to be well done.

The pizza is some of the best in the world. However the location on tuscarawas needs some leadership. The food was great. The employees lacked the professionalism I would expect from any restaurant. From the hostess/cashier answering the phone and repeatedly placing the call on hold before her question could be answered, to only two of 7 or 8 wearing masks, none social distancing, and general horse play. Whomever the shift leader was that night needs to bring some leadership to the staff and get them straightened up.

Occasionally, when we get to canton we stop, and as always, excellent food, excellent service. Food always comes out quick, serves seriously hot and perfect.

Pizza was very good,polite employee. And the online menus was easy to use and understand. Wish I would of took pictures of pizza hell just thinking about it makes me want another one. Also I might add I have been eating pizza at the one on west tuscarawas since 1969. I was in 3rd grade n my father drove clear from massillon to get there pizza. Costs more but well worth it.
