Started here in July and I couldn't be happier. Both coaches are the best to work with. They do everything right and always try to help you do better! If you wanna better yourself come here, its affordable, fun, and you'll better yourself every class.
This is a great gym for anyone to train at. The coaches know what they're doing and can help you meet your goals whether it be just for exercise, or if you're planning on fighting. I would strongly recommend anyone to give it a try and see what it’s about.
Took a couple training sessions while I was home and it was an amazing experience. Never did any kind of boxing lessons whatsoever but Kees’s instructions were on point and he told me about a lot these I was doing right wine gave me confidence.nnHighly suggest this gym and Kees as a trainer!
