Had the pleasure of meeting James Schmit. This is now the third person from TD Bank that is helpful, a pleasure to talk too and I am sure has a long list of customers that love banking with him.
People from the bank are very friendly and very good people respect customers and very nice
I close my account with Dawn and after a few month I received a letter saying that you owed money for maintenance fee I will sue them big time if they don’t removed my name from their collection because I went to the bank withdrawn my money and close the account I hate their customer service that’s why I close the account I will never recommend friends and families there
Polite helpful and friendly staff, but it's been 5days and still my money is not available to me even after I called and was told it would be..could have gone to check cashing company and got cash that day???
They completely suck, the most inconvenient bank. They hold my paycheck, I can't even get my money. They put me on hold on the phone for 35 minutes, when I gave my phone number to talk to someone, nobody ever called me back. Me, my friends and relatives will never go there again ever
