Definitely an awesome experience at car dealership! Mike Hatcher was very thorough and informative about the procedures and steps to getting approved and into a vehicle that suits my needs. Everyone was super nice and professional. This was definitely the best decision to make to start credit rebuilding. Mrs Cathy in finance was great, so informative throughout the signing of paperwork. It was a huge relief and felt very confident through it all! Very satisfied customer here!
I would never recommend buying from here. My friend bought a car recently and has had nothing but issues with it. They’ve had it less than 3 months and have maybe been able to drive it for all of 1 month of having it so far. Complete junk. Everything is covered which is nice BUT why pay for a car that you can’t even drive? I feel bad for my friend. They really needed a reliable car and this was not the right choice. Not to mention they’re already overpaying as it is. A 2014 for $14,000 just for it to break down once a month. Trash. I got my 2017 for $11,000 at a different dealership and have had NO ISSUES the 2 YEARS that I’ve had it. My credit isn’t great either. If you have bad credit but need something reliable I would look at other lots. Just not here!!
Mike H helped us today and wow! What an amazing helpful gentleman. Walked us through everything and was very patient with us. We test drove three cars and drove off the lot with our final decision. Jimmy and the entire staff were amazing from start to finish! They understood life happens sometimes, and will help you get back on the road to credit recovery in a nice, reliable car that isnt out of your budget! Not a typical car buying experience. They really made me feel like family, and just not numbers on paper
