I've gone to Fred for several years and they always do great work at reasonable prices, but on my last visit I saw another reason to go there.nIt's the small things that separate businesses and one of them is their customer service,. Yesterday I got another example of Fred's when I had to use their restroom. They have a baby changing table comparable to one used in a home complete with complimentary pampers and other baby items. Yes, it has nothing to do with servicing cars, but it shows if they want to take care of your baby needs while there imagine what care they do for your car.

They took great care of my vehicle from start to finish and have me the ability to check on the repair process every step of the way. They also took the time to inspect my car to make sure it was safe for me to drive and educated me on their findings. I will be back for all my repair and maintenance needs!

I took my 2014 Honda Pilot into them because I needed my timing belt changed and my car was making a clunking noise going over any type of bump. They did a full diagnostic test and let me know everything they found. I ended up having them replace the timing belt and everything that went along with that. As they were doing the work they found that one of my engine mounts was broken. They called me right away and were able to get the part in and put back together in a timely manner. Not to mention while they had my car they gave me a loaner at no cost. Everyone is so nice and they do an amazing job! my car is running great and doesn't make any more noises. At no point were they pushy and walked me through everything! Will forever take my vehicles to them.

Every time we go to fix it with Fred. We are treated with the utmost respect and the quality work is top-notch. We know how to make films fix it with Fred knows how to fix cars. Awesome job guys awesome job.

There is NO other!! Fred and his team are a cut above the rest. They pull no punches. They keep you informed. They are kind and their customer service is the best around! If I could give them 10 stars I would give them 11! If you need your car serviced , this is the place to go!!
