A great team of trainers! I credit them with helping me get into the best shape of my life, AND with helping me figure out how to stay in great shape by digging into what foods to eat / avoid / eat in moderation so I stay happy, healthy, and strong. Highly recommended!
The staff at fitness together- Medina are absolutely amazing! They are incredible people! Kalie, Connor, Sara and Kyle are super knowledgeable when it comes to fitness! Every time I leave after my one on one training, I feel awesome! It’s worth my 30+ minute drive, knowing that I will get a great workout in every time! Thank you all for helping me with my fitness life style! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you guys! Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone that wants to better their health or just need an extra push into their fitness level, to come here!
The instructors are fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the correct fitness routine and proper exercise form, and they customize the program to fit our goals and fitness levels. My husband and I could not be more happy with the entire staff, as well as our fitness progress. Thank you Medina Fitness Together team!
Fantastic trainers. Everyone is super positive and work with you to make the best workout plan. They're accommodating and adjust workouts for me to suit some of my physical limitations. It's the most positive experience I've had working out. I actually look forward to waking up early and working out! They work well with your schedule too!
