This is the third time am canceling my order with dominos, it happened in berea, middleburg heights and Strongsville branches.they give a silly answer for the delay that there is short of hand, NO DOUGHud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0f Blah blah. They never inform ahead about the delay, We can know only when we go to pick up our order. Customer service is very bad.
The manager at this place really knows how to treat people right. I ordered some pizzas for my friends and family helping me move Saturday and got a phone call from the store explaining how they were backed up and it would be later that they thought was acceptable. I told them no rush and they said they wouldn't cook my pizza until the delivery team caught up. Our food arrived fresh and hot when it was delivered and they made our crew happy, exceptional services.
I have been trying to place an order since noon today. Your app says you are closed but Google says you are open. I called the store 3 times & nobody picked up the phone. I called the Brunswick location & they told me they get complaints about you all the time. I have never had an issue with the Strongsville location until today. I am disappointed
Was great experience we used delivery. Was fast and on time. Came hot and so delicious! Easy ordering online.
Don't ever work for these people! They pay their drivers less than minimum wage, make their employees pay full price for food, and then fire them if they have a health condition which prevents them from wearing a mask the whole time in that hot store all day. Even with a Doctor's note! Their food is subpar and they put as little cheese and toppings on as possible because management is more worried about food costs than they are with serving good food. If I could give them less than 1 star I would!
